Mountain Village Mix
This is the seed mix designated by the Town of Mountain Village to revegetate disturbed areas within the municipality. The Mountain Village Mix is a blend of native and introduced species (mostly grasses) designed to provide quick cover, erosion control and the potential to evolve into an indigenous climax plant community.

Native Eco Mix
The Native Eco Mix is a perennial, native tall grass mix for elevations 7,500 and higher. Similar to the Mountain Meadow mix, this is designed to attract wildlife and/or create a meadow effect.

The Foothills Native Mix represents some of the key native, perennial species found in the upper Pinon Juniper to Ponderosa zone (approximate elevations 5, 000 – 7,000).

The Mountain Meadow Mix is a blend of native and non-native perennial grasses designed for 7,500 ft elevation and higher.
Low Grow/Low Maintenance Mix
The Low Grow/Low Maintenance mix is a combination of perennial, low growing, drought tolerant species that create a diverse green cover for areas that your don’t want to look like a traditional lawn. It works well for areas further from your home and for areas that don’t have access to plenty of water.
Alkali Seed Mix
The Alkali Seed Mix is a cool season, perennial blend that combines the alkali resistance traits of 6 different grasses and legumes.
Dryland Pasture
Dryland Pasture is a blend of mostly perennial, drought tolerant, pasture grasses for grazing or haying purposes on dryland ground.
Semi-Irrigated Pasture Mix
The Semi-Irrigated pasture mix is ideal for areas that have inconsistent irrigation, or are on limited irrigation systems where the water gets turned off part way through the season.

Equine Extra is a cool season, irrigated pasture mix specifically designed to be highly palatable for horses and all other livestock.

The West Slope Pasture mix is a cool season irrigated pasture blend that incorporates 10% Medium Red Clover to provide a nitrogen fixing element to a pasture

The Irrigated Pasture Mix is an all purpose forage mix, good for grazing and/or hay production. It is a cost effective approach to utilizing your land and water for animal feed.
Blue Grama – Drought Tolerant Turf
Blue Grama is a key reclamation grass as well as a drought tolerant, warm season turf grass. Blue Grama, if left to go to seed is also an attractive ornamental grass.
Buffalo Grass – Drought Tolerant Turf
Buffalo grass is a warm season, native, blue-green spreading turf grass. It has low water requirements making it a drought tolerant option. Being a warm season grass it greens up much later in the spring than other lawn grasses.
Thickspike Wheatgrass – Drought Tolerant Turf
Thickspike Wheatgrass provides a cool season, sod based, medium green turf that is low maintenance and low water input.
Crested Wheatgrass – Drought Tolerant Turf

Heidi’s Highland is a beautiful wildflower mix created for the high mountain ranges of the Southwest. It is comprised of mostly perennials that are winter hardy and don’t require a lot of care.

Annie’s is a blend of annual wildflowers to give the homeowner a colorful garden all summer long. Best suited to the middle altitudes (4,000′ – 8,000′).
